Or at least ve...Have you thought about going vegan? Or at least vegetarian? It looks like you're already eating a lot of whole plant foods. Swapping beans, lentils, brown rice, etc. for the fish/meat could be a great way to go! It's better for the environment, the animals, and you :) Red meat and processed meat are both linked to cancer, and nobody wants that.
