With graduation looming, I have realized that I have my note taking/list making system down to a science. I am a huge list person; as I know a lot of my followers are as well so I thought I'd share my system!
I love my Stabilo point 88 pens. They are seriously the best pens; the only gripe I have is that they bleed through the paper sometimes. I also love my Lilly notes. They aren't sticky so I can put them anywhere and everywhere!
I usually make a list each night of what I need to get done before the next day. I literally write everything down, even my laundry and painting my nails. I also make lists in categories. For example right now on my desk, I have an e-mail list, a blog list, a homework list, shopping list, and social list. It's nuts. But it feels so great to completely check your list off and then throw it away!
I like to take my notes in multiple colors (usually 2). I feel more organized and that way I can make the more important information jump off the page.
I print out each syllabus and make notes so I never miss when anything is due (true story: never in my schooling life have I ever turned in anything late). I print each one a lot smaller than they are on the actual syllabus and then tuck them into my agenda so I'm never without them!
What are your note-taking and organizational skills for college or high school? Share your tips! I am always looking for a way to be even more organized!!
Yours,
sCe

That is such a good idea with your syllabus!!! Do you print it out on one long sheet and fold it up? And do you re-type everything? I need to get the 411 on this so I can do it!! :)
I am such a list maker as well. I mean I can start like 4 lists at a time and have to tell myself to chill out. But if I don't write it down, do nottt count on me to remember it!
I love lists and can sleep so much better when I know that I wrote down everything for tomorrow so nothing will get forgotten! Hope you have a great weekend. :)
Stabilo pens = amazing. They're the only pens I'll use in my planner. Great tips!
Girl, me too! I seriously make lists for everything! I wouldn't get anything done if not.
Loving your Lily notes. So glad I'm out of college and not taking notes...
Great tips! I'm an obsessive list maker too! I just find it so satisfying to cross things off my list
Fantastic tips! I definitely feel like I should start making more lists, haha.
Your organizational skills will serve you well after graduation, too.
