"I love my room in the sorority house this year because of the slanted
ceiling. Growing up I always wanted an attic room, and my current
room totally feels that way! The nickname for my room in the house is
the Harry Potter room, because it's tiny and feels like "a cupboard
under the stairs". I made my space my own by framing a caricature of
my boyfriend and I beside my bed, having a black & white french themed
magnetic board by my closet (currently housing two tickets for a
concert on the 13th for Matthew and I) and having scrapbook frames my
sister made of us at the foot of my bed. I took advantage of the
small space, by creating storage bins under my bed and moving my
dresser into the closet. We also have metal baskets that I used to
store hygiene products, laundry necessities and food in. My door has
my name, picture, schedule and fun facts from recruitment that will
stay on through our 100th anniversary celebration in October; my
sorority will have been in Missoula for 100 years! While my room may
not be the biggest, nor allow for many decorations due to the shape, I
love it and feel very cozy in it! Note: I am currently searching for
new bedding, preferably black and white, if any of y'all have any
ideas!"

The caricature adds such a personal touch. I think it's really unique because you don't see these too often! These frames are too cute. I love the pink and green, of course! It's also so personal when it's home-made. It's also special because her sister made it for her, what a sweetheart!
Decorating your door is such a great idea. It really adds a nice decorative touch so people feel welcome into your room!I love the french theme. So girly!

SarahBeth did such a great job with her room! I agree with her about loving those slanted ceilings--how cozy! I also love how she thought to hang the caricature drawing, it really added a very personal touch to her small room. She makes the best of everything she has. I give this room an A++!

Love the room! Theta love for the theta house!!
Too cute. I'm loving this series you're doing - reminds me of my dorm days! Oh, and I had a sorority pillow that I LOVED, but it long since succumbed to the strength of the washer/dryer, ha.
The french themed memo board is soooo cute. Just like something I would've had in college!
