I have to comment on your missing Sperry boat shoes. I have not had Sperry Topsiders since highschool/college, which was many, many moons ago. I recently bought a pair of the Sperry- Tassel Fish. I love them. I had forgotten how comfy they are and with the tassels, I do not have to worry about them coming untied, which as I recall was a big deal with the somewhat stiff leather laces. I hope you find yours or get another pair real soon. Oh, by the way, I love your favorite shoes. Thanks for sharing.
