Hoasting and Toasting to The Greatest Two Minutes in Sports + Vineyard Vines

Well, I sure put my Vineyard Vines Derby package to good use. Everything is in place for the small Derby brunch that I am hosting... and now I'm just hanging out and waiting on my guests! Then, I'm off to a Derby party for the actual race! The best thing about this set up is that I had 90% of everything done last night. All I really had to do was make the mint syrup and plate the food.... super easy! 
This day is almost better than Christmas-- I'm just jealous cCm is in Kentucky! Luckily, there is plenty of Woodford Reserve here, so it's all good ;) Have a fabulous day and I hope everyone enjoys their derby festivities!
