I'll be the first to admit that men's fashion is not an area of expertise for me. I'm one of those people who knows what they like and typically sticks to it. So for men, I always think chinos, a button-down and loafers look great.

However, my dad is one of the most stylish men I know. His style is very traditional and preppy. He has always dressed well and I have always paid attention to the things he wears which has given me an appreciation for men's clothing. I actually sometimes buy men's items like sweatshirts, sweaters, etc. for myself because oftentimes, they are better made (no, really, they are). 

When my fiancé and I moved in together, like me, he did a big wardrobe purge. We went through all of his stuff together to see which would make it into the house and which he would get rid of. It was actually kind of fun! I have never seen someone with as many t-shirts as he had haha! 

Since then, we have been buying a few things for him here and there and I have been paying attention to some things I love on him. So today I thought I would share some pieces that I love for men as well as some of Andrew's tried and true favorites...these are all pretty classic men's wardrobe staples! I actually have had quite a few requests for men's clothing over the past year or so. I typically stick to women's clothing (because that's what I know best) and throw in some men's gift guides around holidays, but let me know if you guys like this type of post and I will do it more than just once a year!
