Handbag is Mark Cross, but this is a really good look for less!
I hope you are all having a wonderful week! I am down in Florida with my mom and a family friend who has a condo and was so generous to invite us down to have fun! I spent a lot of last week with my nose to the grindstone, working ahead so I could enjoy as much as possible while on this trip!
I have so much going on right now socially, it's been hard to keep it all straight, and I mean that in the best way. I'm actually pretty proud of myself for how organized I've been, and on top of that, if not ahead of things. I just hope it can stay that way!
I can't believe Easter is around the corner, and then we are off to San Francisco and Napa. My sister and brother-in-law just moved across the country to San Francisco, which is such a big move, and I am so excited for them.
Though I will admit, I am very sad we can't drive to see them anymore... selfishly, I loved being able to bring Henry down with us when we visited them in North Carolina, and we loved having Bean (their pup) come home for the holidays and for lots of visits! My family is full of animal lovers, and I hope one day soon there will be more options for flying dogs/pets across the country. I've seen some dog-specific airlines popping up over the last several years, so it seems promising!
Anyway, my husband and I will visit them, and then we'll all head to Napa to celebrate my birthday! I've only ever been to Napa once before, but I absolutely loved it. I'll be traveling to California more because of their move, which is fun! I am already planning another trip because we don't have time to visit Carmel while we will be there in April, and I have always wanted to visit Carmel! I can't wait to see their townhouse and new West Coast life!
Do you all do a March Madness bracket? Some years, I get into it and others, not so much. I always fill out a bracket with my husband, and we make a fun/silly bet. This year, I've been into it! I started out doing so well and then in the later half of the second round, the wheels started to come off. But as someone who knows very little about college basketball, my early success got me excited, ha!

Wearing: Two outfits I wore before I left for Florida. One for Pilates and the other for a fun dinner out!
You can find me on ShopMy, where I link all of my outfits, favorite finds, home decor, beauty, and more! I am constantly updating it with the latest! You can also follow me on the LTK app. Plus, you are able to access all of my posts, here, on my website!
Eating: I got this Bragg Ginger and Sesame dressing at Whole Foods, and it is incredible. We typically make our own dressings and marinades, but this one tastes so fresh and bright. I love it. The ingredients are pretty 'clean' compared to most bottled dressings.
The Capital Grille Wagyu and Wine menu is back! It's my absolute favorite burger. You have to get the Black Truffle and Blue Cheese option, as I think it's by far the best! They do it for a limited time, a few times per year, and I believe this goes through 4/19. It's truly such a treat, and it's a good deal, too.
Drinking: This Charles Le Bel 1818 Brut is Billecart's lower-priced label, and it is so good. Billecart rosé is my all-time favorite, but it is so pricey! This is delicious, especially given the price!
Reading: Just read about Reese Witherspoon's book picks and added them to my summer reading list!
Sale: Dermstore just sent me this lip set, and you get 5 for $40 in this cute little case! My code SUMMERWIND doesn't work on this because it is already on sale (it's regularly $50), but if you need a last-minute Easter gift for a teen, this would be so cute to add to a basket! I love their 'best of' sets because they're a great way to try products at heavily discounted prices.
My. J.McLaughlin code ends on Tuesday. It's SYDNEY15 for 15% off! Otherwise, I posted a list of my discount codes earlier this week that you can check out!
Watching: Did you all see Elin Hilderbrand's Instagram post about Five Star Weekend becoming a show in July on Peacock? I'm marking my calendar! I read the book and enjoyed it! I am not into celebrities, and 90% of the time, I wouldn't even know if one walked right past me. But last summer, I was at Gaslight on Nantucket, and I spotted Elin Hilderbrand from across the bar! It was a fun moment!
Anti-Frizz Heat Protectant Hair Spray use code SUMMERWIND
Loving: I started looking for something to combat humidity after noticing in Florida this past February that my hair just wasn’t holding up and kept getting frizzy. I've used other products before, but wanted to try something new. This spray has been a good find. I lightly mist it onto towel-dried hair, comb it through, and then blow-dry. It helps seal everything in and keeps my hair smooth. I love that you can't tell that I sprayed anything in it. It doesn't completely get rid of the frizz, but so far, I have been pleased with how it has helped my hair be less frizzy in the humidity.
Wanting: This is such a cute canvas tote bag, and I love the monogram options. A classic cashmere collared sweater under $100. These are supposed to be 'spring' ballet flats, but I love this color so much for fall. I'm considering them. I have wanted a quilted pair of Chanel flats for ages! These are cute pool shoes. I have a Waterhog mat at my back door for the winter, but want to get a 'regular' rug for the spring/summer. I am really loving this one, especially because it can be tossed in the wash! I also really like this one, which is a bit more neutral. Love this shimmery swimsuit. I love a halter top to go with skirts, and this one is perfect. Pretty eyelet detailing on this sundress. Love the color of this sun hat. When we were at the beach a few weeks ago, we saw many women in swim dresses. My mom liked the look, so I have kept my eyes peeled for cute options. I stumbled upon this one and sent her the link because it's adorable and a great price! This dress is very Ralph Lauren, but for a lot less! This coat is out of my price range, but wow, I love it! These men's shorts are not for everyone, but my goodness, I absolutely love them! My code SYDNEY15 should work on these! Wow, this blue-and-white jacket is so pretty, and what a great price, too! This rollneck bear sweater is too good. This is such a fun dress for a tropical vacation. I am sooooo excited to see that this dry shampoo now comes in a travel size!!! It's the best dry shampoo EVER. Such a stunning black tie spring/summer dress! A cute mirror for a cottage-style home. I wouldn't normally go for a long brown dress, but this is stunning!
Pittsburgh: I love Lent because of all of the fish fry options! We got this from Rival, a restaurant in Bridgeville, and it was really good. It had a nice, light beer batter, and the fish was so moist and tender. I loved the coleslaw, too. I wasn't wild about the fries, though.
Amazon Rec: I just got both of these sandals and am choosing between them! I think they're so cute to pair with swimsuits and coverups!
You can find more of my Amazon favorites, here on my Amazon page where I am constantly updating it with all of my finds and top picks from home, beauty, fashion, and more!
Smelling: Creed Aventus for Her is one of my favorite scents of all time. I just ran out, and also ran out of my little sample/travel-size. I saw that you can order three samples for $40 and get a code for $40 off a full-size bottle. Their fragrances are very expensive, but they are truly special. I often get compliments when wearing it. My husband wears Aventus, too, and I love it. Anyway, I got Aventus for her as a sample, but the other two I got were ones I hadn't tried before. I got Silver Mountain Water, which is SO good. It's described as 'Citrus, Fruity & Woody'. I love bergamot, and this has a lot of that! I went completely rogue for the second one and got Virgin Island Water. I love the Vacation sunscreen scent soooo much. I was looking for something similar but more sophisticated, and that is exactly how I would describe this scent. I would not buy a full size of the Virgin Island Water because it is not something I'd wear regularly, but rather in the summer or on vacation, but it's wonderful.
Traveling: No traveling for a while after our California trip, which will be nice to enjoy time at home. We have something on the calendar every weekend in May, which will be here before we know it!
