Standard White Sham (mine is monogrammed in white)
Shop the Pillows:
My blue additions to my bedroom are well underway! I just got this pillow in the mail and it's basically what inspired me to add some blue to my all-white/neutral bedroom. I'm seriously in LOVE with the pillow- the quality is superb so I'm happy for it to be the focus of my bed! So, today I'm coming at you with combinations of pillows.
When I originally moved into my apartment, I mocked up everything and did it to scale. I'm not the best when it comes to interior design and I'm much more of a visual person, so seeing things 'mocked up' really helps me.
I have a few pillows in mind but I wanted to see what combos you prefer, too! Keep in mind that since this is such a rough mock-up, all of the blues will match and the whites are all the same shade, too (bright white)! They're just not picturing well as mockups.
I know which one I am leaning towards, but I'll keep that to myself so I can gauge your opinion! I know many of you have good interior design eyes because you have helped me in the past with decisions like this!
Lastly, I am pulling the blue in with this throw, these coasters, and this tissue cover! I can't wait to see it all come together, it's the perfect dose of calming color for spring!

I like the second grouping of pillows.
I love the subtle touches of blue and those scalloped pillows are darling! My favorite is the first one, I like how the patterned pillow breaks up the two white pillows by being in the middle.
I'd go with the fourth one down - floral background pillows, white middle pillows.
I like the first one. Very pretty!
The first one is my favorite, with the fifth one as a close second! Those scallop pillows are so pretty and chic!

I love the second, however I think all the combinations look great except for the one with the white striped pillows. I don’t prefer those!
THe second grouping of pillows is perfect!
I really like the 4th grouping of pillows! As a 22year old that has way TOO many throw pillows I completely understand your indecisiveness as I went to multiple home goods everyday for about a month to find the perfect match up. My thoughts on going all bright white is one I'm very jealous that you're able to go with that because bleach isn't even my friend when I tried to have white white bedding. Also you need a pop of color! Maybe its just me who loves patterns in home decor (but more classic subtleness in my clothing more regularly) but its that way you personalize your space. Love the pattern pillows you picked out and think that having them the size that they are in the 4th pairing is perfect. I love a big fluffy white duvet paired with the matching shams for the back pillows (not a huge fan of the stripes that you have mocked up).
I like the bottom one the best! Growing up (southern, we love our pillows) we always layered the euro shams to the very front and had a smaller accent pillow or two in front of them.
The euro shams matched the duvet. For instance, I have white pillow cases, bed skirt, and a white quilt... my duvet (which I fold down) and euro shams match. Try playing around with different layering!! Take it from someone who also tried to have an accent color with the white, it's easy to end up having too much of your accent color if your base is white to begin with! Good luck!!!
I blog frequently and I genuinely appreciate your content.

First one definitely!!
The second group draws your eyes in and frames your monogrammed pillow, it’s perfect..
Please make sure the toys you give sweet Henry are made in the USA and not China. There have been several instances where dogs have become sick from toys made in China. Amazon is a great way to get Kong toys cheaper than in most stores.
Lovely pillow!I loved this tutorial! Thank you for sharing.
