If you're like me, you woke up this morning and the first thing that came to mind: Christmas is in 2 months from today! I have a countdown in my datebook and even follow ChristmasCount on Twitter. Well, it's time to start preparing those lists and be extra nice, because Santa is watching! With the holidays coming, you have to have something to wear, right? Here are some of Summer Wind's Holiday 2011 picks for a very merry party!
Gap Kids. If you don't have a lot of curves and wear a 2 or 4, this is an option. I have said in the past that some of my prettiest dresses/skirts have come from Gap Kids (and if you're on a tight budget, this is the way to go).
Kate Spade.I really don't like how KS paired this dress with pink tights. I think the look is a bit odd-- No tights or plain black would look much better.
Forever 21. So perfect if you have tons of occasions to go to, but also perfect for a college budget!
Who could resist this Designs by Kara Kihm McCarrick Holiday Shirt. I picture it with lots of pearls, black skinny pants and gold flats. So perfect for a more casual holiday party. You could really dress this up though with a full, floor length black skirt; very elegant and classic.
Elizabeth McKay Oscar Dress. Such a gorgeous dress. Maybe I am biased thought because I love anything navy blue.
Have you shopped for holiday parties yet? What are you thinking? Have a fabulous day!
Yours,
sCe
*As a side-note, if you're noticing something different, I changed the background to boring old white-- I feel like everything looks so much more organized and clean. I'm just test-driving it for right now so let me know what you think!*

I've never thought to try on kids clothes before but I'm a size four so I might try to squeeze into something next time I'm around a Gap store! And that Forever 21 dress is to die for - so classy and pretty!
I can't believe Christmas is two months away! Where did 2011 go?!
I just noticed it's two months away last night! And all the Christmas commercials seemed to pop up yesterday as well!

I love the white - it is much easier to read! Also, I've been crushing on that Tory Burch dress forever, excellent pick!
You just made me so excited for Christmas :) haha I'm 20 years old and I still get up extra early Christmas morning.
And I really like those Forever 21 dresses. I was surprised to see they came from there.
I like the white background, by the way. :)

I love the black and off-white Forever 21 dress! My boyfriend has to remind me all the time that there will always be dresses out there for me to fall in love with! I can't buy them all!
Oh this post has made me so very happy!!! Love the holiday shirt. I would definitely wear it with a floor-length black skirt and pearls... that is my dream "hosting a glamorous Christmas party" outfit! Wonderful posts this week!
