I can't believe I haven't done a dinner party playlist in over 5 years (last one here)! Dinner party music is my absolute favorite kind of music. I think there are different kinds, but for this one, it's mostly crooners which is my speciality. Not to mention, are dinner parties not the best? Getting together with close family and friends and sharing a wonderful meal? I'd much rather do that than go to an event or a bar any weekend!
I think there is nothing more wonderful or elegant than hearing Sinatra's, 'The Way You Look Tonight' playing softly as you host your dinner guests at a candlelit table. Music always sets the mood in any situation.

You should try 'Hipster Cocktail Party' Radio on Pandora - sounds funny but it's all great, easy to listen to songs...perfect for a casual get together! Also, 'The Way You Look Tonight' was the first dance at our wedding, excellent choice :)
