I love a good navy blue and white striped anything. I saw this striped dress  and knew it would be a great, versatile piece to have in my closet for the summer months. I've already worn it for work, casual on the weekends, and even as a coverup by the pool. 

This dress is as comfortable (maybe even more comfortable) as wearing sweats/workout clothes. The material is super soft and stretchy, which makes it mostly casual, but I was able to dress it up for wear-to-work with a blazer and heels. The stripes going in different ways and the asymmetrical hem make it a little different than your typical Breton stripes! The best part is that the dress and my shoes are under $100, and the dress is under $45! 

I personally think it makes the best 'commuter' dress since you can wear flat sandals and ditch the blazer on your commute to-and-from work while still looking cute... easy breezy if it's super hot!
