Shorts Available:
Matches (best price and most sizes in stock)

I am calling it now... these shorts will definitely be making it onto my best of 2022 list. They are THE ABSOLUTE BEST and I needed to declare this in a blog post because I know I am going to be wearing them all summer long and whenever I post them, I will be asked about them so I want to be able to direct people here! I already posted them to Instagram stories yesterday briefly and was flooded with messages to provide details on the shorts.
I am thinking they will likely sell out in the next few weeks as I notice they are already selling out on most sites so this is your 'warning' now! Matches is the best site for them and where I ordered mine. As of writing this, they are fully in stock and about $20ish less than any other site that sells these shorts. They shipped SO quickly.

I originally saw these on a woman while I was staying at The Colony Hotel in Palm Beach. I had seen them back in January and loved them but didn't feel compelled to order them because it was just too cold to be thinking about shorts at the time.

Once I saw the shorts on this super chic woman, I knew exactly what shorts they were and ordered them on the spot. She had them styled with a white linen button down and when I got them in the mail that is how I originally styled them but I really think there are a lot of ways you can wear these.

Not only do I love the print, colors, and lightweight cotton poplin fabric but the shorts feel like pajama shorts because of the roomy fit and the stretchy waist. BUT, they look somewhat 'dressy' as far as shorts go. They are the perfect thing to throw on when running errands on the hottest of days but also so chic to throw on over a swimsuit while poolside. I also plan on wearing these with espadrille wedges and a cute tank for a date night this summer and into the fall with a cute crewneck sweater and ballet flats.

They run true to size. They are roomy and meant to fit that way so I wouldn't suggest sizing down, but if you are between sizes I'd say maybe choose the smaller of your two sizes because the waist is fitted but it's nice and stretchy.

I also have to say these are probably the most expensive shorts I have personally ever purchased. I'm not huge on shorts in general as I find they don't flatter my body and therefore, I don't typically feel my best in shorts. I also am not one to spend a lot on shorts as there is a finite window for shorts wearing here in Pittsburgh and I also just usually prefer to wear a dress. BUT, if they came out with this exact same style of shorts in another print for the same price, I'd truly order another pair, they are THAT good.
