I am doing a roundup of my top 5 picks from the sale. Sephora carries SO many brands it can be hard to know what to try and what to pass on. So, my suggestions are personal based on what I have tried and loved the most! I only ordered one thing this time as I didn't need anything, but I am so excited about this lip product in the shade 'pink satisfaction.' It is supposed to arrive on Friday, so I will report back.
I have been wearing this lip product for years and constantly repurchasing it. It's an old faithful, that's for sure. I think the berry is the best because you get a decent amount of color, but still perfect for daily wear. The price keeps rising and rising over the years, but even so, I love it. It has a luxurious lip balm feel and is super hydrating, lessening the appearance of fine lines on my lips.
The name of this product is slightly deceiving because many of the shades are awfully pigmented to be considered highlighters. I use the peach quartz shade as an actual highlighter, and it's stunning, but I use the Raw Amber as a bronzer to warm up my face and the rose quartz shade as a blush. They are one of my all-time favorite makeup products. I use and love all 3 of the shades mentioned, but if I could only choose one, it'd have to be the rose quartz as blush. It's nice and pigmented, so you don't need to use a ton, and it lasts all day. I never really understood the phrase 'lit from within' regarding makeup, but this product made me know. It truly makes my cheeks look like they are glowing. It's stunning. Plus, the product is a 'gel-powder', and while it goes on with a brush like a powder, it melts into my skin and blends so beautifully like a gel. This is an exceptional product, and you can't find anything to hold a candle to it.
This is simply the best. Truly. I have tried many, and this is on the 'pricier' side regarding eyelash curlers (but still only $26), but nothing comes close to this. It has a cult following, and it's because it works so well.
There are many mascaras that I love, but I seem to always come back to this one specifically because of the wand. The formula is great, but it's the wand that sets it apart. I love the spindly bristles because you can truly comb through every single lash. I also love the arch because I can get the brush right up against the base of my lashes to help define my eyes. You cannot go wrong with this mascara. When it starts to run out, I like to use this to get close to the base of my lashes to define and separate them, but then go over them with another mascara for a bolder look.
This foundation needs to get more love from the internet. I have tried many foundations and most recently went into Sephora to try some others. I came out with the Armani foundation that everyone raves about, and while it was great, this is definitely better. I use shades II and IV and mix depending on my tan. It's a cream stick, and you can control the coverage level depending on how much you apply. Because of that, it makes a great everyday foundation but is also perfect when you want a little more coverage for a dressier event or a particularly bad skin day!
