Recent Outfits

Today I'm sharing some recent outfits that I have worn! I'm so behind in sharing all of them both here and on social media, so this will be a quick little roundup! There are already some great sales starting for the holiday weekend, so a few of the things I'm sharing are on sale! I'll have to do another roundup soon because I wasn't able to fit all of the outfits into one post- it was getting too long! So stay tuned for more!

I've been favoring these pajamas lately. They are SO comfortable and soft and I think the monkey print is just too fun. They have a similar feel to Lake (100% Pima Cotton.
I know you all have seen this shirt so many times as it's one of my go-to shirts in the warmer months. The fabric doesn't wrinkle and it's lightweight and feels almost cooling to the touch. I love the stand collar and the roomy fit. I'm wearing a small which is my true size but be warned, this runs very large. I can wear this as a swimsuit coverup, it's so large. So I would say size down if you want a closer fit.

Leatherology so generously sent me this gorgeous navy blue leather Bag. In true Leahterology fashion, the quality is top notch! I love the subtle monogram that just kind of blends into the bag and it has a crossbody strap.

These were a birthday gift to me, from me and I love them. I really debated the purchase since they are pricey but I also have the Hermes orans which I felt were a bit similar. But now that I have them, I have no regrets and realize they are a lot different than the orans!

I'm not a big shorts gal as I feel that they never look right on me. But I came across these trouser style Shorts  last year and really like the fit. They are polished and the linen doesn't wrinkle terribly. I really love the red color!

Raffia Bag (just $25)

I love these linen button downs. I wear them so often in the warmer months because they are lightweight and airy. The shirt runs roomy/slightly oversized but true to size. You could size down for a closer fit. This eyelet skirt was a random purchase but I stumbled upon it and for under $40, I figured I would try it out. I love anything with a stretchy waist in the warmer months because it just feels comfortable and easy!

Sweater on sale// Dress// Sneakers
This Sweater  gave me Varley vibes for a lot less. It's a fun little cardigan for the warmer weather and I think it looks great with athleisure. It's nice to have on hand to throw over my shoulders in air conditioned spaces or early mornings and evenings!

I always wear these Shorts under shorts dresses or skirts. They are so comfortable and give me peace of mind that I'm not flashing anyone! I also wear these shorts to Orange Theory and Pilates. They have a similar feeling to Lulu's under train fabric and it's the kind that doesn't attract dog hair!

I got this navy blue Dress last year on a whim. It's not pricey and it's one of those great dresses you can throw on and no part of it sticks to you in the awful summer heat. I'm not a big puff sleeve gal but these are not obnoxious. This is pretty roomy. I'm wearing my true size small and I could have worn the XS, but for the summer heat, I'm more than happy to have extra room! So size down if you wish, but it's not really fitted anywhere. I wrote this out to dinner with some girlfriends last week and it was polished but so comfortable.

This is one of my favorite dresses. I wore it in Mexico last month and most recently wore it to my Grammie's 98th birthday dinner! It was perfect for the occasion. The color is the prettiest shade of pale yellow- almost the color of butter. Photos don't do this dress justice. It's so much prettier in person. The top layer of fabric is slightly sheer and then there is a solid liner underneath. The fabric floats and drapes so beautifully. I just cannot get enough of it. It runs true to size!

This is a new favorite for me and even at full price, it's only $50. It's like a thicker, super soft jersey knit fabric. It has an athletic vibe to it because of the fabric and slightly racerback but I definitely think you could dress it up with espadrille wedges for a dinner out. It's polished and the perfect dress to run errands! You can wear shorts underneath but I don't find this super short like some workout dresses can be! I sized up to a medium and it's a little big on me but I don't mind that because it makes it extra comfortable. I'd say get your true size for the most flattering fit, but if you want something more casual, less form fitting, you could size up for comfort.

Tank// Shorts both on sale
I got this mesh tank in both navy and pink and the shorts in both navy and pink and wear them as sets. I wear them to walk in my neighborhood or to Orange Theory workouts. The shorts are so lightweight and the tank has small perforations to create airflow. These pieces are perfect for the summer heat or sweaty workouts! I find athletic shorts like this to be hard to find in the appropriate length and also that fit my legs right. These are just right. I really love them. I sized up to a medium in both. I prefer a roomy fit in athletic shorts, so if you don't, get your true size. The tank is also roomy, but it did shrink a little in the dryer, so keep that in mind!
