White Dress (on sale!)// Pullover

I had always shopped Spanx for its great underwear and shapewear products until I recently realized they make SO much more than that. Every single piece I have tried is not only high-quality, but the fit is just perfect. Seriously, I have no notes on improvement with any of these pieces I have tried. I also find the price points to be very reasonable—many pieces are under $100!
First up, this White Dress. Many athletic dresses are see-through when they come in white, but this one is fully opaque. Not only that, but I find some opaque white sports pieces to show imperfections like cellulite, but somehow, this dress truly flatters and is totally opaque. The shorts are light gray and have a pocket. The shorts do not cut me off on the thigh in an uncomfortable way like some athletic bike-style shorts do. I love the slightly square neckline. I also find many athletic dresses to feel too short, and this one is the perfect length. Truly, there is not a single thing I'd change about this. The shorts are attached, but you can even go to the bathroom as they are detached in the back. It's hard to explain, but it really does work!
I sized up to a medium and am glad I did. Had I gotten a small, it might have cut me awkwardly at the waist! There is no built-in bra, but you don't need one. The top is lined and structured in a way that it just works. It's unlike any athletic dress I have tried before. They've truly thought of everything. I have enjoyed reading about the founder of Spanx and her success, and I really do think it shows that first, there is a reason for Spanx's success. The products are great, but these products were clearly designed by women and at least got heavy input from women. Even the way these pieces hit at the armpit is superior to most dresses I own.
I love that this style can be layered. You could wear a polo over top for golf, a sweatshirt as I have pictured above, or even a sweater or cardigan.
I'm about to head to the lake, and you will see me in these pieces the entire time I am there. They are polished but so easy to be in and also be active in!

I sized up to a medium in this and probably should have gotten a small, but since it is so stretchy, it's totally fine. I'd suggest just getting your true size.
I'm wearing this on our long drive to Georgia this week! It's the perfect travel piece because it feels put together but is very comfortable.

This dress is SO good and I don't even think this photo does it justice. I dressed it up a bit, as you see above, but you could also wear it with sneakers for a sporty look. The fabric is so soft and smooth. I love the v-neck, which has a slightly raised, structured neck towards the back. The neck is a small detail that really takes the dress to the next level. It looks chic and not just like another jersey dress. It comes in 3 colors. I really love the other two colors but felt that the black could be dressed up more than the other two colors. I got a medium, and while it's a little big, it's so comfortable. I think if you want a closer fit, get your true size, but if you want something more loungey in fit, size up.
