I think this is the busiest I've ever been with work! Phew!! It's fun, and I am sooooo beyond thankful for all of the wonderful opportunities, but come January, I'm going to need a long nap, ha!
This past weekend, we attended a funeral out of town, so we didn't really do much else and didn't have time for much else.
We have a jam-packed weekend. We have a concert and dinner, two projects that will require many hours and help from my husband and dad, and a baby shower. Next week, I have a lot on my schedule as well, so I'm going to have to be really good about organization and time management.
I cannot believe we are just two weeks out from Thanksgiving. Do you all have fun plans for the holiday? We always go to my parents' house, as they host Thanksgiving, and it's always delicious. I love that it's pretty laidback and casual! My sister and BIL come home next week—I'm so glad they are able to stay for a while this year!
I just started decorating for Christmas—much later than usual, but I ran into a snafu with our tree lights, so that delayed me a bit! It also finally started to become cold and more seasonally appropriate weather-wise, so I feel much more in the holiday mood! I will say I'm going to get a new tree next year, so if you have a good rec, let me know! I'm going to wait until after Christmas to snag one, hopefully on sale!

Wanting: These look like the perfect little black pants. I love this classic cardigan—I want it in red! This Fair Isle sweater is so classic. These bow shoes are gorgeous! I think the black is even stunning! Wow, this red gown is incredible! This bow bag is SO fun! J.Crew just dropped some new arrivals, and they are festive! This jacket is so incredibly classic. I am anxiously awaiting these party pants to arrive on my doorstep!
Eating: We had a little date night at home. I was craving sushi, but we had plans to get a pizza, so I got Giant Eagle sushi as an appetizer, ha! My husband thinks grocery store sushi is not good. I don't like Whole Foods or Fresh Market's sushi but I actually think Giant Eagle's sushi is pretty decent. It doesn't hurt when you serve it on a crystal tray, ha!!
Drinking: This is an excellent deal for Caymus if you live in PA. It's a liter bottle (a bit larger than the typical wine bottle size but smaller than a magnum) and over $20 less than the state store charges for a regular-sized bottle!

Watching: Have you all watched anything good lately? I haven't watched much TV, but after Thanksgiving, I will be ready and have time to watch something good!
Loving: These are the best phone cases I have used for years. I just got these two new ones- they must have just been released because I hadn't seen them before. There are SO many designs you could spend an hour just sifting through all of them. They would make a great gift if you know what type of phone the recipient has. You can now also personalize the phone's 'rubber' barrier part. It's hard to tell in the photo, but on the left, the edges are black, and on the right now, the edges are white, which is a new feature. I also love that you can add matching rings. It is so convenient to hold my phone with one finger hooked around the ring, and it acts as a kickstand. They do have sales so you could hold off and see if they do anything for Cyber Week. They just had a Halloween sale not too long ago.

Pittsburgh: I have shared this on Instagram stories before, but I don't think I've ever shared it here. If you have a GetGo nearby, you have to stop and use their free vacuums. I have a car wash subscription, so whenever I pass one, I get a car wash, and about once a week, I vacuum out my car. These vacuums work SO WELL—so much better than any vacuum I have at home. I keep car interior wipes in my car and wipe down the interior and vacuum it and it always feels so good! They have a trash can at every station, which makes it very convenient. I'd also recommend the car wash subscription. If you get your car washed twice a month, you make your money back.
Amazon Rec: I saw this Vera Bradley print and had to have it. They make many things in the print, but I actually needed a laptop sleeve, so that is what I went with! It makes my millennial heart happy!

Smelling: This candle is HUGE, and it smells incredible. It's possibly one of the best holiday candles I've ever smelled! The scent notes are Siberian pine, apple blossom (like a semi-dry cider), rosemary, jasmine, fir balsam, sandalwood, and cedarwood. It smells good on its own, but when you light it, it really comes alive!
Traveling: I planned a spontaneous trip to Nemacolin, and I'm looking forward to it. They filmed a season of The Bachelor there if you are unfamiliar with the resort! It's only about an hour and a half from Pittsburgh. I haven't been in many years and am excited to see all the renovations and work done. I have been going there since I was a small child.
