I've been wearing these sandals often! So comfortable! These pants are a great match for my striped pants!
It feels like it was just New Year's Eve, and now we are almost into April! April is not my favorite month because the weather can still be so variable here. We also can't plant things until Mother's Day, so outdoor surroundings still look a bit blah. BUT it is my birthday month, so that's always fun!
We have quite a busy month ahead, which is nice! I love having a full calendar of fun things to look forward to!
We haven't had a free Friday to get a fish fry dinner, so that is what we are planning for tomorrow night. I love a Pittsburgh fish fry, so I am excited!
This past weekend, I had a fun and relaxing time. My husband was out of town, so I caught up on work admin stuff, hung out with my parents, walked with Henry, and had a delicious dinner with some girlfriends. I also used that time to catch up on my 90 Day Fiancé watching since my husband does not like that show, ha!
Wearing: I just got this sweatshirt, and I love it. It's a soft scuba material, so it's structured, but it's also lighter weight than any other scuba sweatshirt I have felt, which makes it perfect for spring/summer. I also really like that it's thinner because it's easier to layer under things like a puffer vest or jacket. The fit is perfect. It's oversized (wearing a size small) and slightly cropped so it pairs with most bottoms nicely. I think it will be so cute with a white tennis skirt!

Watching: I'm SO sad Severance is over and we are in the long wait for season 3. I won't spoil it for anyone but THAT ENDING!!!! UGH! What an incredible show. I think season one was better, but I still think season two was fantastic. The acting, the sets, the artistic direction, the cinematography, the character development. It's all so weird but so good at the same time. If you have yet to watch it, do it! I have the show 'adolescence' on Netflix on my watch list. I've been hearing it's very good!
Wanting: This canvas bag is so fun. You can pick 6 'icons' to have embroidered on it. Such a neat idea and a creative gift! I love a chunky turquoise necklace in the summertime, and this one is unique and a relatively low price. These tumblers are pricey, but wow, they are gorgeous! Is anyone going to the derby or a derby party?! This fascinator is fabulous! New product alert from Wella! Can't wait to try this. I love their products! This is a gorgeous and classic cardigan. New Pura scents- I just got a few! I love this top for how simple it is. I love how they styled it with simple white shorts. Such a 'boring' look but looks polished and timeless! This is such an easy, breezy sundress. I'm eyeing these salad plates. The cutest tote bag for the beach, pool, etc. If you are looking for a bridesmaid dress, this is stunning! This is a gorgeous black tie dress! Love this athletic tank- slightly different than most tanks out there! This sleeveless top is stunning and would pair with so much this summer! Another sleeveless top that is adorable and classic. Cute neutral summer sandals.
Eating: I randomly picked up these Vietnamese pickled vegetables at Giant Eagle yesterday. I was unsure what to expect, but I live for anything pickled. These were SO GOOD. I ate the veggies straight from the jar, but they will be delicious in salads, sandwiches, etc.

Loving: The BB team sent this as a surprise in the mail, and wow, I love it!! You can pick different colors and create your own personalized hairbrush. As soon as I saw this, it reminded me of something my mom would have put in our Easter basket, so keep this in mind if you are filling a basket! It's small enough so that you can tuck it away in a tote, which I will likely do! Too fun!
Loving II: I posted a video to Instagram last week and got a few questions about what I used in my hair for this half-up style. This is a screenshot of a video, so apologies for the poor quality of the photo. I have had these mini-claw clips for many years. I swear by them and have purchased several packs over the years. They are the best for this kind of style!

Smelling: HLC just launched their 'London' scent. It is FABULOUS. They sent me their PR mailer prior to today's launch, which had the candle and the diffuser so I could smell it for myself. The notes are Earl Grey, chamomile, creamy vanilla milk, honey, lavender, wisteria, and sugared musk. The words 'sugared' and 'vanilla' would have kept me from ordering this as I do not like sweet scents, vanilla scents, or anything that smells like food/baked goods. But I'm glad to report that this does not have a heavy vanilla scent and does not smell overly sweet. It's also not heavy on the lavender. You know how some candles with lavender can be so heavy with lavender that it overwhelms and is hard to smell any other notes? This is not like that. This is somehow the perfect balance of scents for a cozy but bright and floral scent. It smells sophisticated and just like spring. I love it. Any HLC product I've ever tried, I've been blown away by it. Their signature scent is my favorite, but this one is wonderful, too. If I were to only pick one product from their site, I'd choose the Signature hand soap. It's fabulous!
Traveling: Next stop, Newport! I'm so excited to explore a city I have never been to... and a state I've never been to!
