Lately

Dress (use code FVSYDNEY15)// Shoes

Hope you are all having a good week! It's been a fairly standard week over here - the usual work, walks, workouts, and just spending time at home! I got my hair cut and highlighted, and Henry got a bath, so we're well-groomed over here!

This past weekend, we had fun attending Pittsburgh Park's second annual Glow event in Schenley Plaza. This is their more casual evening fall event, and it's a lot of fun. Good food, cocktails, a DJ, delicious bites, and some fun activities. My favorite party is the candy bar! We then headed over to Ohio to celebrate my nephew's 11th birthday!

This weekend we have fun dinner plans, but otherwise it will be a low-key weekend! We are going to do a fun breakfast at home for the Steelers game in Ireland! We head off to Boston and Maine next week, which I am looking forward to! The weather should be pristine in both Boston and southern Maine (fingers crossed!!). I am so excited to wear this new jacket

Wearing: A few things I've worn recently... can you all guess my favorite color?! haha!!

You can find me on ShopMy, where I link all of my outfits, favorite finds, home decor, beauty, and more! I am constantly updating it with the latest! You can also follow me on the LTK app. Plus, you are able to access all of my posts, here, on my website!

Eating: The Capital Grille is doing their Wine and Wagyu promotion again now through November 16th! It's a prix fixe menu with burger options and a glass of wine- you can select from a few. The Wagyu Blue Cheese and Black Truffle burger is the best burger I've ever had. They don't have the burgers on their regular menu. It's usually done with Duckhorn wines, but currently, they are using Dave Phinney wines. I prefer Duckhorn, but this will be a nice change. Dave Phinney is the OG behind Prisoner and Orin Swift. I believe both have long since been sold to larger wine conglomerates. I would love to see them do this with Cakebread, Stag's Leap, or Austin Hope in the future. But really, it's all about the burger!!!

I made my first batch of 3-ingredient pumpkin muffins and they're SO good.

Drinking: If you love the taste of bold, dark coffee and don't love sweet coffee drinks, this is for you. I ordered a grande dark roast (they only had medium roast this weekend), added one shot of espresso, and topped it with pumpkin cream cold foam (or vanilla cream cold foam). I get it in a venti cup to avoid sloshing.

Sale: I shared my discount code list earlier this week. Loads of discounts to be had!

Watching:
I've just finished 'The Girlfriend' on Prime. It's a suspenseful drama between a mother and the son's girlfriend. It wasn't the best show by any means, but it really kept me hooked.

Did you all see the news about a 2-hour Laguna Beach reunion coming in 2026? I'm sure I'm not alone in my excitement, as I know many of you are around my age. They were four years older than I, so I remember thinking they seemed incredibly sophisticated.

Wanting: If you are looking for a black tie dress, this one is gorgeous. I just ordered this cable-knit vest! These loafers are the most beautiful color and texture! These pajamas are soooo fun! Adding them to the running for our matching Christmas pajama tradition! Speaking of Christmas (too early, I know, I know), these hand towels are back, and they sold out SO incredibly fast last year. I have them and absolutely love them for my powder bath! Lots of good J.Crew new arrivals. Some are the perfect old school preppy pieces, and others are more 90s/early 2000s-inspired. You all know which I prefer. This cable crewneck is a timeless classic. I love the color and shape of this ladylike jacket. I ordered this black coat. I love the sharp, clean lines. These boat shoes!! Perfect!! I finally ordered these clogs. Gosh, I love this fleece so much. This blackwatch cape has my name all over it! I cannot believe this is Vera Bradley! A gorgeous fall wedding guest dress! This bright button-down is so fun! I need this cheeky pillow. A perfect black cocktail dress

Amazon Rec: Did you see I posted my September Amazon finds earlier this week?!

You can find more of my Amazon favorites, here on my Amazon page where I am constantly updating it with all of my finds and top picks from home, beauty, fashion, and more!

Smelling: This is the prettiest candle! I love that it smells like fall without being so literal. It's bright and fresh but cozy at the same time. My code is SYDC20.

Also, this is random, but I love Snif laundry detergent and candles, so I really want to try their scents! I just realized they make perfume this week!

Traveling: I'm really excited because we've actually planned ahead and booked a 2-week stay in Florida (Rosemary) in February. Every year around that time, I'm itching to get out of Pittsburgh, but I don't put enough advanced thought into it, and most warm-weather locales are booked for that longer stretch of time. Henry is coming!!
