Also loved this ottoman!
Had lunch with my mom this week!
Finally saw these in person. Darling and only $4!
Still loving this polish brand. Going to do a full review soon because I have had many of you ask about it!
Hope you’re all having a great week! This one has been pretty typical, though the winter weather continues to drag on here, as it does in so many places! I am not going to sugarcoat it; I was unusually down about it this weekend. The cold was making me stir crazy!!! But I'm glad we made the most of the weekend with a date night at the newly reopened Poulet Bleu, a cozy pizza night in, and capped it off with a 1st birthday celebration!
We had another cold-weather mishap! We keep a refrigerator in our garage for drinks and a bit of freezer overflow, mostly meat. What I didn’t realize is that refrigerators aren’t meant to be kept in unheated garages in cold climates. Our garage isn’t heated (which is very common here in Pittsburgh), and when temperatures drop too low, the refrigerator may not function properly. The result is that the refrigerator section got too cold, and all of our drinks froze and exploded. There’s glass and slushy liquid everywhere. Such a mess and what a waste, too.
We’re not planning to move the fridge long-term since this is the only space that makes sense for it, but during future cold spells, we’ll definitely clear it out ahead of time. Learn from my mistake! Honestly, at first, I was stressed about it, and now I just have to laugh!
This week, I have several things on the calendar that are both fun and small work tasks, so I've been out and about, which has helped ease my cabin fever. It was also finally 'warm' enough this week to get a car wash, and I even took Henry on a short walk. Small wins!
Our Florida trip is finally on the horizon, and I am counting down the days. I am on pins and needles to get the heck out of here!
This weekend I am getting together with some girlfriends, which I am looking forward to! I haven't seen them since November! Will you all be watching the opening ceremony on Friday and the big game on Sunday? I'm excited for both!
Tweed Jacket// Crewneck Sweater (use code SUMMERWIND10)
Wearing: I've had this for years and love it. I am so glad they brought back the rollneck and its popularity! It's such a classic staple. I wore this over my workout tank to Pilates yesterday!
You can find me on ShopMy, where I link all of my outfits, favorite finds, home decor, beauty, and more! I am constantly updating it with the latest! You can also follow me on the LTK app. Plus, you are able to access all of my posts, here, on my website!
Eating: I love Sumo oranges, and it's always exciting when the season rolls around. However, most of the ones I have had this year are not great. I am not sure if they had a bad growing season or what! However, navel oranges are incredible right now and so much less costly than Sumos. My husband and I eat one per day. It sounds so silly to talk about an orange, but I have wasted so much money on sumos this year, so hopefully this might save you from doing the same!
I ordered myself a Valentine's gift to me, from. me! I love this gummy candy. It's pricey, so I only order a few times per year. Their Valentine's candy is on sale with code VDAY15. I like the sour mix the best, but the sweet is great, too. If you are a gummy candy person, this is seriously the best!
Reading: This article about White Lotus season 4 is fun to read as they go through some of the noteworthy actors. I'm a big Harry Potter gal, so I'm thrilled to see Helena Bonham Carter included. She is so incredibly talented.
Watching: Has anyone watched the new season of Bridgerton? I haven't had a chance to yet, but I've enjoyed all of the other seasons. It's on my list! I haven't started the new Summer House season yet, but I will catch up this weekend!
Listening: I've been listening to this 'calm jazz' playlist I found on Spotify. It is great background music for working, cooking, cleaning, relaxing, etc.
Loving: I was gifted this thermal brush a few weeks ago, and I love it so much. It deserves its own full blog post review, so stay tuned. Basically, it gives me a blowout look without all the time and effort. LOVE!
Wanting: I hope they make more colors in these red shorts. I love the cut of them- how they kind of kick outward a touch! These are the exact type of shorts I love to throw on in the summer months... just trying to remember we will be at shorts weather again *soon*. Thinking of ordering this for my Florida trip. It's going to be chilly, but much warmer than here, so I think this could be perfect with a colorful cashmere wrap! This swimsuit is timeless and a great price. I love this entire 'Leclaire' line as it is the perfect mix of modern and sleek, but still classic. This looks like the perfect, crisp white button down. The detail on the neckline of this blouse is so unique. This lace top is stunning. I'm eyeing these martini glasses. Such an adorable ski tote. This skirt is calling my name! This handbag is timeless and elegant. An adorable and practical costmetic travel case. I can never resist a blue and white stripe! A gorgeous raffia handbag. Added this collared sweater to my cart! I have and love this pullover, but I especially love it in this new navy color! This navy clutch is perfection. I'd order it immediately, but I never love a clutch that doesn't have even a small chain strap just for practicality.
Pittsburgh: Love to see Poulet Bleu back in action! My husband snagged us a res, and it was as good as I remember! I had never had the French Onion soup, and oh my goodness, it was amazing! It was the perfect dish to enjoy on a blustery -5 degree evening.
Amazon Rec: Stumbled upon quite a few cute dog beds. Henry doesn't need one, but if you do, check them out!

Traveling: We will be celebrating our 5-year wedding anniversary later this year, which, first of all, is wild. I don't know how it's already been FIVE years?! But we booked a quick little one-night getaway, which I am looking forward to. I bet many of you can guess where!
