I round up my favorite things each month for a monthly favorites list. At the end of the year, I pull from each monthly list to create an annual favorites list. In 2026, I broke down my list into three parts: Beauty, Fashion, and Home and Misc. It's my way of keeping track of the very best things. The lists work because when I look back on the past few years, most things on each list are still my favorites. My only rule is that I don't repeat items from month to month or year to year, so there is no overlap.
Jeans// There is not a single thing I would change about these jeans. They are a straight cut, bootleg style. With the rapidly changing denim trends, I can't keep up, and quite frankly, I don't always want to either. These jeans feel current without feeling on trend. The 'skyscraper' wash is the perfect, classic denim rinse. They don't have any stretch, so I would suggest sizing up. Despite the lack of stretch, they are incredibly comfortable.
Butter// This butter changed my life! It's the best butter I've ever had, and amazingly, you can get it at Whole Foods. It's French, and it's so rich, creamy, and flavorful, and the salt crystals are perfection.
Nail Bond Repair// This nail serum is designed to repair weak, broken nails. I took off my gel and have since been rehabbing my nails back to health. The gel absolutely wrecked my nails! The brush applicator is a little chincy, but the actual product itself is working so well on my nails. I definitely notice them getting stronger and greatly improving. I apply this every single night before hand cream as long as I don't have polish on my nails.
Thermal Brush// This hair tool will give you that voluminous, bouncy blowout look without all of the effort of an actual blowout. I loathe blowing out my hair. It takes forever. The air wrap-style tools never work on my hair. So I typically just blow-dry my hair, then use a curling iron because it's quick and I like the results enough. This thermal brush is so easy to use- not that different than a curling iron, but it does take some practice. I love the volume and bounce that it gives my hair. It is also so quick and easy to refresh days-old hair.
Fleece Pullover// This pullover is high-quality and very comfortable. I love the colorways. I have the brown, which doesn't look to be offered any longer, but all of the colors are great. I have been reaching for this nonstop this month since it has been so cold. I got a size small, and it's roomy, so get your true size or go down a size.
Hydrating Face Mist// I've talked a lot about this in the past month since I find myself constantly spritzing this on my face day in and out. My husband loves this one, too. The mist feels wonderful, and it truly does hydrate my skin.
Yellow Earrings// These come in many colors, but I really think the yellow is the prettiest. They're a simple pair of earrings, but I think they really elevate any outfit.
Exfoliating Pads// I've tried many exfoliating pads over the years because, for the most part, my skin tolerates them and I always see good results. These pads are similar to Elemis pads: gentle yet effective. Someone asked me how these differ from the Dennis Gross pads, and I explained that they are much gentler. There are 45 pads, but they are double-ply, so you can rip them apart and get 90 uses, which is exactly what I have been doing! They've definitely helped tighten my pores and keep my skin clear.
Nail Polish// This nail polish is pricier compared to most, but it is a little different than most. Like I mentioned earlier in this post, I'm giving my nails a long break from salon gel. I love having my nails manicured because if they are done, I won't pick at them, which is one of my worst habits!! This nail polish doesn't require a base coat. The color coat also acts as a ridge filler, as it evens and smooths the nail, giving you a look more similar to gel. When you apply the color coat, you have to work fast because it dries quickly, but it is self-leveling, meaning that once it settles, it looks uniform and even.
Lipstick// I love this lipstick in shade Plum 01. It's a satin, but borderline matte finish, which I don't typically like, but not at all drying. I love the color and the best part is that it truly stays on for a long time. If you reapply it a few times over several hours, it almost stains your lips so the color lasts for hours. It's amazing. It also feels like a hydrating lip balm. If you loved Kosas Rosewater, this is very similar to it but lasts a bit longer. Plum 01 is a bit more pigmented than the Rosewater shade, but just as stunning.
