We made it to the lake. It's our stopping point on our way to Florida. So we will spend a few days here, then finish the journey this weekend! We are driving because we are bringing Henry. My parents are also bringing Buddy! It's long, but so worth it, so we can have the pups with us! My husband will meet us in Florida, which I am so excited about! There isn't much going on in Hiawassee this time of year, so we have just been hanging out and enjoying each other's company! Yesterday we went out for lunch and popped into the antique mall, and today we are going on a little excursion and then out to dinner, which will be nice!
This weekend, we very casually celebrated Valentine's Day since I was in full-on packing mode and getting ready to leave! There was an estate sale I wanted to check out, and it was the most crowded one I have ever been to! We stood in line for over an hour. I didn't end up getting anything I had my eye on, but I got a cute little Herend salt cellar. We went out for breakfast and just ended up cooking a delicious dinner at home. Which was just perfect in my book!

Wearing: I've been wearing the rollneck sweater on repeat lately. It's oversized, so it's just very comfortable to throw on and look polished, but feel like I'm wearing an oversized sweatshirt.

Eating: Wine and Wagyu is back at my favorite, Capital Grille! You have to get the blue cheese truffle burger... and might I suggest, rare. You can also ask for truffle fries instead of the regular ones, but the burger is so big that I only ever get to eat like 3 fries! The burger is one of the best things I have ever eaten! It is only on the menu during these promotions. It's just too good. Plus, for $35ish, you get a glass of wine with the burger. They're doing Orin Swift again, which is fine, but I loved when they had Duckhorn! Anyway, I would recommend the cabernet and not the 8 years in the desert!
We have been making so many 'snack plates' lately. They make a delicious, easy lunch/dinner and a quick way to empty the fridge.
We have also been going out for after-dinner drinks or dessert. This time, we got a delicious cup of coffee, chocolate cake, and bread pudding. So delish!

Sale: I ordered these on a whim because I had been eyeing them, and I love them!! I love them so much because the scale is larger than that of a typical stud earring. So they make a bit more of a statement. So pleased with them!
Watching: I've started rewatching Schitt's Creek, and man, that is a good show! I forgot just how good it is. There are so many episodes, and since I have already seen it, it makes for a good 'background show'. Are you all watching anything good?!
Loving: I love a good lip product, and this gloss is gorgeous. The color is stunning, and it lasts a decent amount of time for a gloss. It's so smooth and not at all sticky! I've always thought of this brand as a teen brand, but I get the hype. The gloss is good!
Wanting: I have and love this cardigan, and a few gorgeous new colors were just released! This cashmere striped short-sleeve polo is timeless. This lamp!!! I don't really have anywhere for this lamp in our home, but if you do, snag it. An eyelet canvas tote is not a combo I imagined, but it's good! A gorgeous silk scarf! I love these pants, and this new 'celadon' color is calling my name! This yellow skirt is so fabulous. I've been on the hunt for months for a darker colored pair of earrings, and I really love these. I love a good Rugby-style shirt, and this pink combo is so fun. The most perfect spring/summer party sandal! So many good new arrivals at J.Crew right now. I love this cocktail dress as I have been so drawn to this chartreuse color over the last year or two! I have too many sweaters that look similar to this, but gosh, I just love this look!
Pittsburgh: We recently went to Chengdu Gourmet in Squirrel Hill, and it's SO good. I don't know why we don't go more often. The menu is huge, and I've never had a bad thing. It's all so flavorful. Because the menu is so big, I always think it's helpful to share what we order! The cabbage with the vermicelli noodles was divine@@@

Smelling: S+S just launched body oil! I love a good body oil, especially for my legs when I wear dresses and skirts! I have tried every single S+S product and have never been disappointed. I just got the oil and will report back once I use it when I am down in Florida this weekend!
