Recent Outfits

Linen Shirt (sold out, but linking a similar one that I also own)// Espadrille Wedges

I'm still in 30a with my family, and we are soaking up every minute (and every ounce of vitamin D). It has been the perfect mix of fun, active, and relaxing. I'm so glad we still have another week here! By the time I get back, I'll have been away for 3 weeks, which I think is the longest I've been away from my own bed, maybe ever?!

I love a good luxury hotel, but we rented a house here since we would be staying for a few weeks. I am so thankful for the rental, so we don't have to eat out every single meal. Don't get me wrong, I love eating out and trying allllll of the things. But it's so nice to have a full kitchen. We have been able to pick up fresh fish to cook and lots of supplies for healthier lunches, which have made things so easy and more home-like. I've even done a load of laundry! I really like the conveniences of this rental compared to a hotel, especially since we are staying for more than a week! We are already planning to come back next year!

Anyway, I have been posting all my outfits to ShopMy and LTK, but I know many of you don't use those apps, and I also know the algorithm only shows content to a fraction of people following me! So today, I thought I would share a few recent outfits. I know many of you have spring break plans coming up soon, so maybe these outfits will give you some inspiration.

It was so cold in Pittsburgh that I found myself struggling to pack for this trip because I couldn't even imagine warm weather!! I didn't even bring a swimsuit cover-up with me because I thought it would be too cold to lie at the beach or pool in a swimsuit. I brought two pairs of sandals, thinking I'd likely never wear them. Now, 30a is no Miami; it is cooler in this part of Florida during winter. Early last week, it was chilly enough that we had to wear light jackets and fleece, and that kind of thing. But later in the week, it warmed up, and I was kicking myself for not bringing my beach/pool gear!

The first outfit at the top of this post is what I wore out to dinner one night to Havana, a restaurant located at The Pearl hotel in Rosemary! Dinner was lovely. I'll put together a full travel guide of everything we did and where we ate and drank once I return home! The Skirt is made of seersucker fabric, which is puckered and therefore has a texture. It's fully lined, and the embroidery is done with a rope-style cording so it looks 3D. The skirt is so much prettier in person than it is in a photo! If I'm traveling anywhere even remotely warm, I'm always packing these Espadrille Wedges. They are the most comfortable shoes and are neutral, so they pair with most things. The only downside is that they're a bit heavy in a suitcase, but I've just accepted the fact that there is a 50% chance my bag will be overweight any time I pack. Luckily, we drove, so I didn't have to be concerned about luggage weight!

Similar Sweater// Linen Pants (Under $100)

This sweater is from the brand Sh*t That I Knit, which sadly seems to have gone out of business. However, I found a very similar option that is 100% organic cotton and just $50. It's such a classic style and one I have worn for many years. Jenni Kayne also made a very similar sweater, but the $50 price tag on the one I am highlighting is definitely more palatable!

I tried this Hat on in a cute little shop in Alys and fell in love with it. I wanted to purchase it, but it was a size large, which was too big on my head, and it was the last one that they had in stock. I found it online and ordered it in a medium. I am hoping it fits! I just love the shape of the brim. I have seen this hat brand around for the last few years and have always loved the silhouettes, but I've never been able to try any on since I haven't seen any in person! There is another hat shop here on 30A in Seaside called Headly that is adorable. They had so many hats, and I had been debating buying a specific one I had tried on, but I'm glad I waited because I love this hat more. Though if you are ever in 30A, the cool thing about Headly is that they can customize a hat you buy there with embroidery and all sorts of cool personalizations!

Similar Swimsuit (by the same brand)// Linen Pants (Under $100)

One of my makeshift coverups for an afternoon at the beach. There is a lot of good shopping around here, but I just didn't have time to go out and shop for a swimsuit cover-up since we randomly decided to go to the beach. The weather has been perfect! I was able to snag a pair of Sandals for the beach. They wouldn't have been my first choice, but after wearing them for the first time, I'm so pleased with them. You can hose them right down, and they are so comfortable. No regrets!

Here's a better look at the Linen Pants. They're a warm-weather staple for me. They are so comfortable and easy breezy to throw on, but they look elegant at the same time! They come in many colors. I am wearing a size small. They run generously (I'm usually a 4 or 27 in pants).

This is another makeshift cover-up I created for an afternoon by the pool. I wear this Striped Shirt often over a swimsuit, but usually pair it with a pareo on the bottom. Though the shirt runs very oversized, and longer in the back, so it actually covers my bum, and I could wear it on its own. I have had this top for years, and it's been my warm-weather go-to. It's so lightweight and doesn't wrinkle.

This brown colorway is sold out, but I've linked the current colorway. I've collected several of this style over the years, as it is so easy to throw on and feel polished. Although it's linen, it doesn't wrinkle much. It doesn't need much accessorizing, as I think it looks crisp all on its own. I'm wearing a small, and I find this brand to run generously! Peep Buddy in the background!

You can find me on ShopMy, where I link all of my outfits, favorite finds, home decor, beauty, and more! I am constantly updating it with the latest! You can also follow me on the LTK app. Plus, you are able to access all of my posts, here, on my website!
