I thought what better outfit to share than a super simple one with a bright pop of Lilly Pulitzer. Because it's January and everyone needs a big pop of color amidst this gloomy snow and darkness. Ick. I love to pair a Murfee with a bright cableknit-- still very warm and cozy, but keeps you in the Palm Beach state of mind ;).
Anyways, you can find Lilly Pulitzer shopping tips, here. But my best piece of advice is to shop quickly--but also know that there are no returns. I always shop during these sales because it's fun to put these summery things away and then pull them out again when it gets warm--I always forget about the pieces and it's like I have a fun new wardrobe come warmer weather!
Also, I should note the booties in this post are on super sale (under $100!). They're gorgeous leather booties with a stacked heel and are so comfortable. They remind me a lot of the Rag and Bone Newbury bootie that are currently very popular but for a 1/5 of a price, you can't beat these! I'm all about the bootie this time of year because you can hide super cozy socks inside but still look put together out the outside! Have a fabulous day and good luck at the After Party Sale-- may the odds be ever in your favor!
