Breaking the Rules

Coach Bag/ Ralph Lauren Flats (old, similar here

I'm usually a big rule follower. Especially when it comes to the age old rule of not wearing white post Labor Day. However, this year, I decided why not? I paired my white denim with warm fall neutrals which de-summerized (totally just made that word up) the look.

I am also obsessed with my Barbour jacket. It is literally the perfect jacket for crisp fall mornings. I wear mine day in and day out. It's a bit of a splurge, but worth every penny! Are you a rule breaker? How do you style your white after Labor Day or is that still a big no in your book? Have a fabulous day!

Yours,

I am a rule breaker of the no white after Labor day as well. I just love how white looks paired with certain things! By the way, beautiful outfit :)

We have both been sporting white pants after Labor Day this year, too. Love the look of a comfy sweater on white skinnies!

I am also obsessed with my Barbour jacket! I basically live in it through the cold months!

I'm all about breaking fashion rules too! Trends change too much to ever keep those old guys around. Love this neutral look!

I can't do it...I try every year but my white is put away after labor day. Barbour is worth every penny. Eddie Bauer has a new jacket, a little bit less, called the Kettle Mountain that is another great waxed option....has more shape than most Barbours.
