Long Cozy Cardigan and Boyfriend Jeans

If you haven't noticed, I've been trying to incorporate some more casual outfits here on Summer Wind. I know that this is something that has been highly requested since I feature a lot of work/cocktail looks. I just naturally tend to go for more 'dressed up' pieces, but I have been sporting some casual pieces here and there and today I am sharing a favorite cardigan of mine.

I got this sweater over a month ago and I wear it non-stop. Not only is it great to throw on as I'm headed out the door, but I wear it around my house, too, as a makeshift robe. It is SO soft, it's ridiculous. I promptly went back and ordered it in the heather fog shade, too, because I wear it so much. Not to mention, it has the super soft/cozy feel of cashmere, but under $100. There's a lot of nylon in the fabric meaning it'd be a great travel sweater because it doesn't wrinkle easily (it also makes it stretch wonderfully, but still keeps its shape).

I've worn these jeans on repeat this season. They're a splurge, but the way that they fit makes it worth it. I find boyfriend jeans to be a tough fit and these are just perfect. Not too baggy, but not too tight, either! They're so simple and easy to wear and I find that adding a heel elevates the uber casual style a little so it is more appropriate to wear out!
