Lately

Hope you all are having a great week. I am in an especially great mood because the weather has been nothing short of perfect this week! Yesterday was the nicest day we have had all year and you better believe I soaked up every minute of it!!

I had a lot on my plate work-wise this week so I really tried to just keep up and keep plugging away! I have lots of content to share, I just haven't had a moment to sort through it all and get it organized and posted, so stay tuned!

I've been searching for a fun Easter dress and still haven't landed on any contenders but I feel an Easter dress roundup coming soon once I find some more cute options!

And the most random thing I have shared in a while: I am pleased to report I can still do a heel stretch (I was a cheerleader). I just randomly decided to try it out this week and I did it. I have been focusing on stretching and flexibility since about September and really feel as flexible as I was when I was a cheerleader in high school. My form was a little rusty so now I am making it my goal to get into perfect form again... weird goal, I know, but why the heck not, ha!!!

Wearing: I basically live in athletic shorts in the summer to walk Henry so I like to have quite a few pairs on rotation. I could not resist these because of the tone-on-tone print!! They are so nicely made and not only will I wear them on walks with Henry but also to work out! I was never a huge Gap shopper but I feel like in the past year or so they have had SO many cute things in terms of lounge items, athletic pieces, and even cute dresses. I'm a big fan now!

Eating: I am a sucker for anything 'smores' and I found this candy bar in Grandpa Joe's the other day (a Pittsburgh candy store) and had to try it. It is delicious!

Drinking: I feel like margarita season is quickly approaching so I wanted to re-share my low-cal margarita recipe. It is SO easy.

Sale: Lots of beautiful ski items on sale over at Net-A-Porter!! This is the time I usually shop for ski stuff because the sales are usually really good.

Watching:
We just started the latest season of Summer House- I know it started a few weeks ago, but I totally forgot so we are playing catch up. This is a rare Bravo show that my fiancĂ© actually likes watching with me!

Listening: Added more to my current playlist- it was originally titled 'winter 2021' but I renamed it to 'winter spring 2021' to add more for the spring season!

Loving: This clear nail polish is one of my latest favorite things. It's for dry/brittle nails so I've been using it in between manicures to keep my nails looking nice but also to help strengthen them!
Wanting: Not too much on my radar this week. I have been keeping an eye out for easy spring/summer sundresses that are just great for casual wear each week. I think it's still a little too early for the good ones to pop up but I'll be sure to share when I find more gems!

Pittsburgh: Lots of downtown restaurants are participating in the Good Eats program. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays at participating restaurants, you can get takeout or dine-in (or even delivery if offered) and get 25% off your meal. The program will end when funding is no longer available. You don't need a discount code or anything like that- the participating restaurants just automatically apply the discount on Tuesdays and Wednesdays! It's a really great idea to get people downtown. We got Tako last night... their Korean tacos are my favorite!! We love Pittsburgh restaurants and have really been trying hard to support the local restaurants. Just in the past week or two, we have gotten Tako, Noodlehead,  Penn Ave Fish Co., Taco Diablo, and OTB Hastings. All are delicious!

Quoting: 'Things of quality have no fear of time.'  // See more of my favorites, here.

Ooo nice! Our weather has been on and off in terms of sunshine but we did get a week of high 60s about a week ago so not complaining at all. Just patiently waiting for when it's more consistent you know. I love Korean tacos. We don't have a lot of Korean restaurants near us but when we do visit the Bay Area, I make sure to visit. My nails are super brittle right now, I need to try this clear nail polish. It needs all the help it can get!
