Lately

This week has been really full! My car was making a weird noise so I had to take it in on Monday and have been car-less ever since, so that's been a bit of a hindrance! Hopefully, I get to pick it up today! Car things are never exciting!!

Sweet Buddy came for a visit this week. I just love him! In case you missed it, my parents got the sweetest 1 year old dog! He is SO full of energy and still seems to have a lot of puppy in him. But he is just pure love and I am so glad he and Henry are best buds now.

For those of you who follow along on Instagram, we finally sent out our wedding invitations! It has certainly been a long time coming and I am so so glad they're all out there now!

After sending out the invitations, we went out for lunch to celebrate! We went to Coop De Ville in the Strip District and it's always so delicious. We ended up getting pina coladas... I cannot tell you the last time I had a pina colada and this one was just delicious! Such a fun afternoon!

This weekend we are going to a Pirate's game and we have a Father Daugher golf event at our club. We're celebrating Father's Day on Sunday and having dinner at my parent's house. My dad usually requests BBQ- so delicious!
Wearing: I share these linen shorts every summer. They are so inexpensive and such a good everyday pair of shorts. They have an elastic wasitband that can be adjusted with a tie at the waist. The linen is soft and breezey and they are not too short. Great for lounging but you can easily wear these out and about, too! They run pretty true to size, a touch big so if between sizes, size down.
Eating: Costco sells Kirkland brand refrigerated pesto and it is SO good. We have been eating it with grilled chicken and it makes for the perfect, easy summer meal.

Watching:
Did you all see the ending of Cruel Summer? It's a great series on Freeform. I also just watched the latest episode of Handmaid's Tale. This season is a little slow, but I am still liking it. Otherwise, we don't really have any new shows to watch. We just loved Mare of Easttown SO much and are still sad it is over. Any suggestions?!
Loving: I feel like the entire internet is going crazy over this tumbler. It sells out SO quickly. I hope they restock more soon beause people are freaking out over this tumbler for good reason! If you want one, just keep checking because they'll definitely bring it back in stock! It is 40 oz but still fits in a cup holder! I love that the lid screws on instead of pushing it down and the straw fits in the lid hole snuggly so you don't spill when the cup is filled to the top. The handle is amazing. I loved my RTIC tumbler but it gets so heavy and so hard to hold. The handle makes it so much more convenient and easy.
Wanting: Just ordered this casual striped bateau neck dress. It was only $30 and is such a classic. I hope I like it! I also ordered this coverup. It reminded me of the wrap I just got but instead, this is a full dress!

Pittsburgh: We checked out the Industrialist Hotel last weekend and it did not dissapoint! It is a new hotel in downtown Pittsburgh and it was so pretty! We loved the food and drinks at Rebel Room, which is their new restaurant. Such a great addition to the city.

Traveling: We are going to the beach next weekend for a wedding, I can't wait!

Quoting: 'You are currently living at least one of the prayers you used to pray.' // See more of my favorites, here.

Can't believe those shorts are Old Navy! Since they're linen, do they wrinkle easily? I love the fabric, but sometimes it loses its shape quickly, and I end up looking like a rumpled mess =/

Unknown, they don't wrinkle like traditional linen since they are not 100% linen. they are a blend! Although a blend, they do not feel cheap at all, they are really cute!

I thought I was just super weak when it came to drinking out of a full RTIC. It’s so heavy!

If you enjoyed Mare, try Broadchurch on Netflix.
