How is everyone's week going? This week was very average for me! Nothing exciting to report, but I think that's a good thing sometimes.
We had the best weekend. Friday, we went to one of our favorite Thai spots for a little date night, and then on Saturday, we ran some errands and went to lunch. Saturday night, we hung out with our friends, which was lovely, and then on Sunday, I worked a bit and relaxed, and we closed down the weekend with some good old Taco Bell.
The weather was GLORIOUS this past weekend. On Friday, I went on the longest walk because I could not get over how perfect the weather was. It was about 72 and sunny. Monday, I got slapped back into reality as it was 90 and so humid, but I think we are leveling out now because we are back to it being mild, especially for August. I am relishing in the 60 degree temps in the mornings and take the opportunity to take Henry on a long walk because it's so pleasant and you need a sweatshirt and I just LOVE that.
Eating: I use these salad plates so much for all different things. They're my favorite. Most recently a chocolate chip cookie and Taco Bell, ha!

Sale: Walmart has fall fashion that is surprisingly classic and downright inexpensive (and much of it already on sale). It gives me Gap vibes.
Watching: Have you all seen the new show on Apple TV 'Drops of God'? We haven't started it yet but it's on my radar because I've seen so many posts about it all over social media!
Loving: Talbots new fall arrivals are beautiful and currently 25% off!
Loving II: Saw these napkins and they are gorgeous. The combination of the colors is just fall perfection.
Wanting: This emerald green cocktail dress is SO good. The most perfect little black dress. This is such a gorgeous rug.
Pittsburgh: The Famer's Almanac Prediction for winter 23-24. Honestly, I love a really big snowstorm. Of course, it can be totally inconvenient, and I hate when it turns into gross gray slush, but the little kid in me gets absolutely giddy when we get a big storm. Everything gets so muffled by the snow that it is always so quiet outside, the fresh white blanket of snow is mesmerizing, and it's so much fun to romp around in it with Henry. I love cozying up with hot tea or coffee and a blanket... to me, it is so calming!
