When I tell you I thought today was Wednesday, I am not kidding. Yesterday, at 6:35pm, I looked at the clock and thought IT's WEDNESDAY?! The entire day, I, without a doubt, thought it was Tuesday. How did I not look at the day until 6:35 p.m.?! I've been confused about days before; it happens, but I cannot tell you how sure I was yesterday that it was Tuesday. I had another blog post scheduled for today until I realized it. Wow.
The last time we chatted, I was headed into a busy weekend, and it was certainly such a fun and full one! My family friend's wedding was stunning in every way! She could not have looked more beautiful; and the weather was like 73 degrees, and not a cloud in the sky. Perfection! We had so much fun and danced the night away. It took me days to fully recover after all that dancing, HA! I added some photos from the weekend above!
My mother-in-law came in on Monday to stay with us for the Steelers game, which was so much fun! We went to Primanti's for dinner, which is always a favorite and a Pittsburgh institution. My go-to Primanti's order is the kielbasa with cheese and no tomatoes. What's yours?
The rest of the week was back on schedule and pretty ordinary. This time of year is always amazing but odd because I'm excited and embracing fall, but I'm thinking ahead to the holiday season to plan my content for that.
Speaking of holiday content, I've been speaking with those in my industry, and the consensus seems to be no more collage gift guides and more video gift guides highlighting 5ish things per category. I'm curious about what YOU all want to see, as that really matters more to me than anything else. I'm all for the quick video-style gift guides for social media, but my traditional collage ones are fun to create. However, they are super time-consuming as I put SO much thought into these guides, but they are always well-received and successful, which is wonderful! So let me know what you think, and let me know if there is anything super specific you are searching for this year... Men's was highly requested last year, so I did a big one last year!
Eating: These are hard to find but they are seriously the best chips EVER. For my local Pittsburghers, I get them at Mediterra in Mt. Lebanon.
Drinking: This is such a good inexpensive bubbly. It's about $20ish and has loads of small bubbles so it tastes $$.
Wanting: Oh my goodness, these red flats are SO good! How beautiful is this wreath?! Perfect for fall but also great for spring/summer! This necklace is a bit trendy for my personal style, but I like it, and at under $200, I think it could be a fun way to jazz things up! This Stanley Tucci x Greenpan collab is gorgeous; I am in the market for a new 8" (or smaller even) fry pan. My go-to is All-Clad stainless steel, which is around the same price, so maybe I'll try out this collab instead? My husband only cooks with cast iron, but I don't like the high maintenance, so when I cook, I go for stainless steel. Ann Taylorr has some real gems this season; I am surprised but happy to see it! This bucket bag is stunning! Oh, and this coat in navy. LOVE!
Pittsburgh: I just got tickets for this Disney concert where the Pittsburgh Symphony plays some of the classics... I'm not a huge Disney gal, but I think some of the scores are incredible! The Symphony is also doing Nightmare Before Christmas in November for their Cineseries, and I kind of want to go to that, too! This Christmas show with the Notre Dame Glee Club could be spectacular! I think their program offerings are on point right now.
Amazon Rec: I just shared my September Amazon finds, yesterday! You can find more of my Amazon favorites, here on my Amazon page, where I am constantly updating it with all my finds and top picks from home, beauty, fashion, and more!
Smelling: I am so glad that Target brought back this fall-scented candle. It's only $12ish and smells amazing, like a fireplace and the woods, but it has a spiced sweetness at the same time.
Quoting: 'Tell me and I forget, teach me and I remember, involve me and I learn.' Benjamin Franklin// See more of my favorites, here.

I enjoy the collages! I don’t really care for the videos because you could be trying to remember something from the middle of a video and it would be harder to retrieve it. LTK I think is so helpful to have collages stored there and the blog of course!
I prefer collages to videos -- It gives me more time to read/view the items and click over to links as I see things that interest me. I tend to open a new tab for each item and then go to them one at a time after I read through the whole post. With videos, I forget what I wanted to look into by the time I have the links and it just feels more "rushed" to me.
I prefer collages. I think it is much easier to check out the different items. I usually end up with a ton of new tabs to peruse after I look through your collage posts, which is great!
I agree, videos are ok, but I’d much rather see a collage. Your are always great so please don’t stop!
