Lately

An exciting gift from Margaux! See what's inside

We did Henry's paw impression this weekend! My husband surprised me with the mail-in Cowtown kit and we are having a shadowbox and ring dish made! I can't wait!

Delicious rainbow cookies from Dianoias!

I hope you are all having an enjoyable week. We have had the most glorious weather here in Pittsburgh and I have been soaking it up. I can't get enough! It's been the perfect weather to be outside and not sweat and even wear a sweater or sweatshirt. We have had such a hot summer, honestly the hottest I remember, and I have been reminded how much I do not like the heat.

But, this weekend we are going to be in full summer mode hanging out with friends by the pool. It's supposed to return to more normal August weather so I will be glad to be by the pool!

We have a lot on our social calendars in the next few weeks which is always nice. I made sure to build in some down time, too, though. Work is picking up as we inch closer to Q4. I just got word I will be working with a dream brand this fall for the first time ever and it's a brand I have wanted to partner with since I started my blog back in 2009. I honestly can't believe it's happening. Any guesses?!

Sweater// Jeans (on sale)
Wearing:  My mom and I grabbed a casual lunch this week on a whim since we were having such gorgeous weather and we wanted to sit outside. I wore a sweater because I could and enjoyed every second of it. I love sweater weather (cue the SNL skit, ha).

Are you following me on the LikeToKnowIt app?! You can shop all of my outfits, favorite finds, and more in the app. I am constantly updating it with the latest! You can also access all of my posts, here, if you don't use LTK! You can also find me on ShopMy, another shopping platform!

Eating: I tried Crumbl cookies for the first time and was so underwhelmed. I honestly didn't care for them at all.  I don't get the hype but I have to give them A+ on their branding and the presentation of the cookies. They looked so much better than they tasted.

Sale: My Spanx discount code is being increased from 10% off to 15% off and free shipping. Woo! You can see my top picks here

Watching:
You all need to see this airplane home tour. It's crazy cool!

Loving: I am so glad this inexpensive 100% cotton tee is back in stock. I just ordered a fresh one. It's great quality. I get a size medium since it shrinks a bit in the dryer! It's thiner than the Uniqlo one (another one of my favorites) so I think this one is especially great for layering!

Loving II: This mini boat tote and is TOO cute! Seriously, it's even better in person. It fits all of my daily essentials and works with most of my daily outfits! I think it will make a great gift around the holiday season. I think you could fill it with so many different 'themes'.

Loving III: We have needed to replace our saucepans for a while now. We honestly don't use a saucepan much at all so it wasn't high on my priority list but I had browsed just last week and settled on the Le Creuset saucepan. Wouldn't you know, I popped into WS and there was one left and because it didn't have a box, it was marked down almost $100 off! I was thrilled. You know you are an adult when you are excited by cookware! I also snagged the cute Pumpkin mug. I also popped into PB and Anthro which also had pumpkin mugs but I thought this was the cutest and best size. I am. not a big fall decor person but I LOVE a seasonal mug!

Wanting:
Many of you are searching for fall wedding guest dresses, and this pink one is FABULOUS!

Pittsburgh: I posted this on my stories and I received so many messages about this. We are getting a Von Maur department store. I had never heard of this before. I honestly think it's crazy I haven't heard of it because I know my brands and retailers and even some pretty obscure things but I've never seen anyone post about it online, never heard anyone mention it, never seen advertisements, etc! Anyway, Pittsburgh shopping is lacking to say the least so I am excited for something to actually open here. Many of you said it's an 'old school' department store and quite frankly, 'old school' is music to my ears! The other commented I noticed that was repeated over and over from you all is how clean the bathrooms are which is kind of funny but honestly I appreciated it because I was in Nordstrom not too long ago and the bathroom was so dirty!!
Amazon Rec: I put this Pullover on my August Amazon finds and ended up ordering it myself. It's great quality, especially considering the price. I am wearing a size medium and have since returned the medium in exchange for a Large. I think it runs a bit small and I wanted this to fit very oversized!

You can find more of my Amazon favorites, here on my Amazon page where I am constantly updating it with all my finds and top picks from home, beauty, fashion, and more!

Smelling: These candles are only $20 and huge! They have three wicks and they remind me of a $100+ candle. Plus, they smell great.

Traveling: We are heading to Charleston soon and then to Lexington, KY, a few weeks later!

Hmm I'm going to guess Barbour? I am so happy for you! I've been reading your blog for maybe 10 years? And it is THE BEST. I love that you focus on your blog and not just Instagram. You are such a smart (and stylish!) business woman!
