I feel like I've done so much since last Thursday's post! We had a fun weekend last weekend attending the Steeler's fashion show, getting together with friends, and I checked lots off of my to-do list. This week was typical, which is always welcome! Lots of work going on behind the scenes as Q4 ramps up! I'm often on my computer in the evenings which I don't mind, but it keeps things busy!

Wearing II: I ordered these three athletic pieces during Athleta's sale a few weeks ago because I thought the color was stunning. The leggings are like a shiny material and you can't really tell until you are out in the sun! The cardigan is like a sweatshirt/cardigan hybrid. The three pieces together make me feel put together! Don't size up, these pieces run generously!
Wanting: This metallic sweater is gorgeous! This skirt is a stunning option for Thanksgiving! This dress is a Samantha Stevens dream! This sweater is cozy and classic.
Eating: I keep buying these Boulder Canyon chips at Whole Foods. The wavy sea salt is my #1 favorite, but these are two I just recently bought that are flavored. While they are not healthy, they are 'cleaner' than most other chip brands, and I think the wavy sea salt is one of the best bags of chips I've ever had. They are SO crunchy!
Drinking: When I was in college, I drank so many pumpkin spice lattes that I think I overdid it because now, when I have one, I don't like it! I've been getting hot black coffee with pumpkin cold foam on top, and it just kind of melts into the coffee. It's the perfect amount of sweetness and flavor! It's such a treat. I brought one to my mom the other morning while my dad was golfing and obviously could not forget puppaccinos for Henry and Buddy!
Reading: I'm thinking and praying for everyone affected by all of these awful hurricanes. This article outlines where you can find the animals up for adoption after Hurricane Helene. Even if the animal is not from the affected area, a space opens for a new animal to come in whenever you adopt an animal from a shelter. So, if you are looking to adopt, now is the time! I recently donated to the Humane Society, which helps all animals and has also been helping animals affected by Helene. Donating to the Humane Society will also help animals in Hurricane Milton's path. I also read this article from Southern Living, which goes into more detail about Brother Wolf. It's incredible to see so many people caring for animals when they are often forgotten and left behind in such situations. I have also donated to Brother Wolf, and if you are able, please consider making a donation. It's so heartwarming to see how many donations they have received! I believe in 'adopt, don't shop,' but I also don't judge how anyone gets their pets- every pet deserves a loving home. My beliefs are mine, and I do not want this to come across as if I am trying to push them on anyone! If you give a pet a loving home, I applaud you! I also recognize that pets are not suitable for everyone. This is one of those situations, though, that really opens your eyes to how vital adopting is and how it can make such a *significant* impact, especially in times of need like this! Plus, adopting Henry is one of the best things I have ever done! I always say one of the first things I would do if I won the lottery is create a big animal shelter. Since I unfortunately don't often play the lottery, my chances are slim, but no amount is too small!
Loving: I ordered this set because it had such pretty eyeshadows. Most palettes have colors I'd never wear but I will wear all of these. It also comes with one of my favorite lipglosses and a lip liner. It's such a great deal with my code SUMMERWIND! It ends up being under $40!

Pittsburgh: What's your favorite pizza in Pittsburgh? Mine is Mineo's, but my husband's is Pizza Lupo, which we had this weekend. It's very good, just not my top favorite!
Pittsburgh II: I'm probably the last person to know this, but you can buy ticket packages to the Pittsburgh Symphony, and it's less costly than buying tickets for separate performances. I love going to the symphony, so I got tickets for several upcoming performances! They have such good 'Pop' programming this year. We are attending Harry Potter, Holiday Pops, Pixar, and Music of the 80s.
Amazon Rec: I'm all Amazon'd out after the Prime Day Deals, but I did order this La Ligne look-for-less sweater to see how it is! I'm awaiting its arrival and will report back!

If you'll be in Louisville, I HIGHLY recommend The Inn at Woodhaven - beautiful inn run by two great guys with yummy breakfasts and bourbon tastings!
