Lately

Cutest little rosemary tree I found at Trader Joe's for $11. It would make such a cute gift, and you could snag an inexpensive planter to jazz it up a bit like I did here!

Love these earrings I just got. A cute alternative to a regular stud. 20% off right now. It would be a great under $100 gift!

We had some beautiful snow yesterday!

Love this little Gift Wrap Set!

Today was a hectic week! I need to slow down and take a minute, ha! As I am sure many of you can relate, I've been running at full speed as the holiday season is so busy and full. I thrive when busy, but I may have overcommitted myself a touch. Noted for next year!

I had two Christmas parties this past weekend. First was a White Elephant cocktail party at my girlfriend's beautiful home! She is a friend from high school, so it was nice to get together with other high school gals! The second was at the German club, as they do a sing-along dinner each year! We had a blast singing Christmas carols and feasting on German fare. I LOVE sauerkraut, so I was in heaven because they had several different kinds, and all were delish!

My TikTok was hacked this week, which really added some stress to my week. I don't really use the app. I started posting on it a while ago and amassed 7k followers, but I haven't posted in months and never opened the app as I found it was too much to keep up with. The only reason I even realized my account was compromised is because I received a text message at 3am saying my email and phone number had been changed, and I was locked out of my account. I woke up later that morning and feverishly emailed every LinkedIn connection I could in hopes that someone would respond and be willing to help. There has yet to be a response, but I hope someone will help in the coming days. Fingers crossed. I'd be forever grateful if you have anyone you could put me in touch with. It's not something I use for business, so I am most thankful for that! Oh, and the kicker was that IG was down for a few hours yesterday!

My aunt and uncle are in town, which is lovely! We had dinner with them the other night at my parent's house. My mom is in full-on holiday hosting mode!

We picked out our annual Christmas pajamas, and they are SO good. I'm so excited to share them with you all.  This might be my favorite print yet- not holiday-themed, but winter-themed! Cute pajamas make me so happy. I love to collect them.

I officially finished my gift shopping and have started to wrap gifts. I'm almost all wrapped and ready to go. I enjoy wrapping gifts and giving gifts. In case you are still shopping, here are my gift guides:

My husband and I are headed to the symphony this weekend, which I am excited about. It is one of those events that always feels so festive and puts me in the Christmas spirit. We also may drive around and look at the Christmas lights with Henry!

Sherpa Fleece use code SYDNEY25 for 25% off
Evergreen leggings (50% off; dog hair does not stick to these AT ALL)

Wearing:
I shared a bunch of recent outfits in yesterday's post. Otherwise, I've had this Sherpa fleece on repeat. It's SO warm and cozy. The perfect thing to throw on over workout clothes.

Are you following me on the LikeToKnowIt app?! You can shop all of my outfits, favorite finds, and more in the app. I am constantly updating it with the latest! You can also access all of my posts, here, if you don't use LTK! You can also find me on ShopMy, another shopping platform!

Eating: My girlfriend told me about the Whole Foods cinnamon rolls! I have yet to try them, but they are in our freezer. We will have them this weekend. I am so excited to try them, she was raving about their amazingness. They are in the freezer chest by the desserts and bread! It would be great to have on hand if you are having overnight guests this holiday season!

Sale: I have two new codes for you all that I was able to snag. First, SYDNEY20 will get you 20% off any full-price items at J.McLaughlin. Today is the *last* day for the code to be live! It is one of my all-time favorite brands, and they make the highest quality pieces in classic styles. Their faux fur is the best on the market, and their leather handbags are the best quality. Designers charge 4x the price for the same quality bag!

I also got an EBY code, SYDNEY20, for 20% off. If you are unfamiliar with the brand, they make the BEST bras. Not a single bra that they sell has underwire. They developed a 'softwire', and it's just that. It's patented, so you can't get it anywhere else. I'm telling you, once you try one of these bras, you will not go back to any other bra. I loved my Natori bras (with the underwire) and didn't really think it could get much better than that. Those were comfortable, but the EBY bras are much more comfortable and just as supportive, if not more supportive.

Watching:
Need some show recs! I've just had Christmas movies on in the background while I work, which I love, but I would love a binge-worthy show! I have heard good things about Lioness on Paramount, so I have that on my list!

Cutting Board this is the 8"x6"

Loving: I'm assuming most know that plastic cutting boards are a source of microplastics. Do your own research, and make your own decisions. I'm down to make small, easy changes for a healthier environment. I don't do sweeping overhauls or anything that feels overwhelming. I mean, I still eat Taco Bell and drink gin martinis, OK? Baby steps. The cutting boards are an easy fix. These cutting boards get some mixed reviews, so that is why I held off for a while, but so far, I am pleased with them! I just got the small size but will get the larger sizes now that I know I like them!

Wanting:
I have no warm weather trips on the horizon, but if I did, I would order this immediately. I love the print and the colors so much! I want to try these sneakers! This is currently in my cart to gift my husband in his stocking for his nightly potty walks with Henry! Love this little black dress that could be worn year-round! Love the color of this fleece! Love this tan jacket; so classic!

Wanting II: I saw this cute handbag in person and fell in love. It's such a cute size and beautifully made. I did some more browsing online and really love this bag that's on sale.

Pittsburgh: I finally got to visit the new Von Maur department store that opened at our local mall. Many of you mentioned that you have one in your area. Pittsburgh shopping is lacking, so this is a welcome addition to the area. I enjoyed visiting- it felt like a blast from the past. It was as if I stepped back into 2001. It felt like what department stores used to feel like! The women's clothing selection was a little bland but they did have a great selection of black-tie appropriate gowns. I also loved seeing Varley and Vineyard Vines in the women's section. The men's section was really great. They carry many brands that my husband loves. They have a large shoe section complete with a working fireplace. The handbag selection was just OK, but glad to see Longchamp there! It was so clean, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were the most remarkable part. They were so clean and spacious and beautiful! If you are local and have yet to have a chance to check it out, it's worth the browse. I enjoyed it!
Amazon Rec: I don't often find amazing clothing on Amazon but I think this is a good find! This jacket comes in a few colors and is a cute thing to throw on over a tee for a casual everyday outfit! it runs roomy so you could size down!

You can find more of my Amazon favorites, here on my Amazon page where I am constantly updating it with all of my finds and top picks from home, beauty, fashion, and more!

Smelling: I collaborated on Instagram with this brand and have loved my Pura, a plug-in fragrance diffuser. All the scents are clean, pet, and child-safe! Right now, they are having a sale of up to 30% off. It makes a great under $50 gift! I love the Fraiser Fir scent. It smells just like a Christmas tree! It would especially be great for those who don't want the danger of an open flame/ remembering to blow out a candle or those who live in housing that doesn't allow candles. I remember living in a dorm room in college, where there was a strict no-candles policy!
