End Grain Chopping Block// Don't tell, but this is what I'm getting my husband for Christmas! He researched, and the 'end grain' is supposed to be the best (vs. edge grain). Also, these are made at different price points with various woods, but maple and walnut are two of the best woods for cutting boards, so this one checks the boxes. Though, I am curious about this more wallet-friendly option. I may order both and see what my husband thinks!
