Tuckernuck Sale on Sale

This is the craziest month of sales outside of Cyber Week! A new one pops up daily! Anyway, this is an exciting one because many Tuckernuck pieces are on sale, and you can also take an additional 20% off the sale price with code JULY20. Honestly, this is better than Prime Day or the Nordstrom sale, in my opinion! Today is the last day of the sale!

Don't spend your last penny on this one, though, because there is a very good sale coming next week from another favorite brand of mine... hint, hint!

I love that Tuckernuck releases this silhouette in different colors, fabrics, and prints. It's a timeless cut that makes my Samantha Stevens-loving heart beat! It has a swing-style fit, leaving some room in the hips. This is another shorter dress that is a great length, 35"! I am wearing a size small. It also comes in a tiger-esque print, another fabric that reminds me of a Scalamandre design! The matching jacket is also available for those who want to have their own Samantha moment! And this is another beautiful leopard print dress on sale!

This is an easy throw-on dress, and it is fully lined. I typically find Tuckernuck to run generously. I got my true size small, but it's a bit snug in the bust on me, which is not typically an issue I have in clothing, but especially not in Tuckernuck styles. It's not tight enough for me to size up, but it's snug enough to be worth noting. You may want to either pass on this dress or consider going up a size if you have a larger chest. I think this is a good choice for seasonal transitions, as it has sleeves. You could wear it with a jean jacket when it gets cooler, and the right boots would look cute with this in the fall as well. I love the print on the fabric because it reminds me of designer fabrics from brands like Schumacher or Lee Jofa.

This dress comes in a few different colors, and although it's a knit dress, you can definitely dress it up. It has almost an elegant quality to it. But you can also wear it as a swimsuit cover-up with a raffia tote and flat sandals. It is good for travel since it doesn't wrinkle. I am wearing a size small, but in hindsight, I should have sized down to an XS since the knit fabric is so stretchy.

I don't think the product photos of this dress do it justice. The base fabric is a smooth chambray with a slight variation in color, which lends the dress depth. The pattern all over the dress is embroidered! It looks so flat in the photos, but the stitching is beautiful and really sets it apart. If you are familiar with their Willow shirt (one of my favorites), this is like the dress version with the collar and tunic-style fit. I have learned to look at the measurements on short Tuckernuck pieces because I find many of their things run too short. This has a length of 34.5", which is the ideal length for me and my 5'6" frame. I'm wearing a size small, and it fits like a generous size 4. It is not fitted in the hips, which I like, because the dress looks polished and structured, but it's actually incredibly comfortable to just throw on. This is another dress I think will transition to fall well with tall brown boots.

There are nearly 2000 items on sale, so it's definitely worth browsing! Some items that caught my eye..

- This embroidered dress can be worn right now!

- This cashmere sweater is classic and a great price!

- This is such a pretty dress, for some reason, I am always drawn to quilt prints.

- I have this top in blue and white stripes and in white and love it! The print that is on sale right now is cute!

- I can never resist a blue and white stripe, and this skirt is so fun!
