Happy weekend! This week felt long, as we had so much going on at the beginning of the week. I actually fell down the steps- like, truly fell. I had so much in my hands, and my sandals slid down a step, and I went down. I can be a klutz, but this was on another level! I hurt my foot and back, but nothing is broken. It could have been much worse. I've been trying to take it easy; my right hip does not feel great, that's for sure! I usually go to Orange Theory today, but I canceled. Hoping I feel better by tomorrow to take a class. It gives me the mental clarity that I crave!
Today's weekend wish list is a hodgepodge. The heat has me loopy because I am already making a mental wish list for fall things!
Some items of note...
- I've been browsing for a new phone case and think this Pearlized Phone Case is so fun. It's an inexpensive Amazon find, so I've added it to my cart. I will report back!
- This Eye Serum is a new product from Obagi, a skincare brand I love and trust and have been using for many years. The before and after photos have me sold. My code SUMMERWIND works on this product!
- The colors in this Rug are perfection!
- It's hard to see in the photo, but this Maxi Dress is embroidered with beautiful colors and detail!

- I just ordered these white Denim Shorts because I love the braided waist detail.
- I once read in a Seventeen Magazine article back when I was about 16 years old that purple eyeshadow is good for brown eyes and that it brings out the brown and can even make the whites of your eyes look brighter. I've never forgotten the tip. I don't wear much eyeshadow, but I like the idea of sweeping this Eyeshadow on my lids for a little color!
- Denim flats were a hot commodity last fall, and it looks like they are not going anywhere! I'm eyeing these Denim Ballet Flats.
