I cannot believe we have just four months left of the entire year and only three monthly favorites lists left of the year since I don't do one in December as that is when I release my yearly favorites.
Raffia Sandals// I love this shoe brand so much. These are so beautiful and well-made. The best part, though, is that they are SO comfortable! I love the raffia but they also have a beautiful brown that you could wear into September/October if you live in a warmer climate!
Crossbody Bag// This is just the prettiest bag and so unique. It's also the perfect size for a night out. I have the suede version and it's also one of my all-time favorite handbags.
Mini Monogrammed Tote// This little tote is the perfect thing to toss in your necessities for the afternoon. It's adorable, too. Did I mention that you can monogram it?! At under $30, it is going to make the cutest gift for the holiday season. I envision 'themed' totes with things like hair accessories, wine, or hand soap as a great gift!
Face Cream// I love Augustinus Bader face cream. It's costly so I would not pay the steep price unless it worked well. It really does work wonders, and I, unfortunately, shell out for the pricey AB cream. This face cream is under $50 and is often compared to AB. I can see why because the texture is similar but AB has a slightly higher viscosity. I think that is where the comparison ends. The thing about AB is that there is a unique, patented ingredient, TFC8, so the two creams cannot be the same. With all of that said, I think the comparison of this cream against AB is confusing and honestly does more of a disservice to this face cream because it's not delivering miracles (I mean, neither is AB), but wow, is it an amazing face cream for under $50. In fact, I would go as far as to say it's the best face cream for under $150. It's supposed to firm, lift, and plump, and I definitely notice that it plumps. It wears nicely under makeup. You could use it at night, too (I don't). I've been using it for about 4-6 weeks. I stopped using my AB cream so I could give this a really good try. Anyway. I love it. I would highly recommend it. If you you love AB cream like I do, I think you'll be happy with this and could go as far as to ditch your AB rich cream but I think I'll switch back and forth! Also, check out the reviews; they are all 5 stars! I also tried the ElasticSkin (a serum) and like it, too! The other items from this brand I want to try are the pimple paste and the eye cream.
Granola + Vanilla Yogurt// I am not a big yogurt person. I feel like I have tried them all. I've always wanted to be a yogurt person because it is such a quick and easy meal or snack. I tried this vanilla yogurt, and I am blown away. It tastes so good. It doesn't take fake, which is my biggest gripe with yogurt, and it doesn't taste sour, which I don't like about many Greek yogurts. It's sweet but not overly so. It's nice because it has 15g of protein in each serving. I love to pair it with granola and berries. I've never been a big granola gal, but this one is next-level delicious, and I feel pretty good about the ingredients! They make other flavors of both the granola and the yogurt, but I really only like the vanilla yogurt and vanilla granola. Also, one of you gave me this tip- get the granola at Walmart, and you save like $2.50 vs. Whole Foods (which is where I originally bought it).
Diffuser// Oh my gosh. This smells SO good. I always say this, but I am terrible at describing smells. You'll just have to click over and read about it, but even the website's descriptions will not do this scent justice! There is a hand soap and a diffuser, and the diffuser is potent, so I only put 3 sticks in for our small powder bath, and it's perfect. The hand soap is intoxicating. Each time I use it, I get a little thrill, and the scent lingers. This should be turned into a perfume. Just divine. I'm interested in trying the New York scent next! Not only that, but the vessel is just stunning. It's heavy and sleek and would look beautiful wherever you place it and whatever your interior style!
Black Dress// I wore this dress this weekend. My code is supposed to expire, but it works for me as I post this SYDNEYXSPANX. The fabric is so soft. I love that you can wear it as a lounge dress or dress it up. It's so versatile.
Makeup Brush Set// This is the best makeup brush set. I used to use Artis brushes but a few of them stared to break on me. I have tried a few others over the past few years and while they're all nice, these really take the cake!
